Staff Development and Management

  • Assign projects and maintenance responsibilities to staff as necessary
  • Teach and advise staff on software utilization, techniques, and shortcuts, as well as communications processes and procedures
  • Prepare for and attend meetings as necessary

Proofreading, Editing, and Copywriting

  • Proofread, edit, and recommend document alterations written by subject matter experts (SMEs) utilizing current styles publications and customer-specific terminology to meet client needs
  • Provide styling standards to internal staff and others, including non-web software programmers and the Enterprise Architecture Advisory Committee
  • Write and edit medium-appropriate marketing, promotional, informational, technical, and educational content as requested

Contact Management

  • Create, manage, and utilize contact databases

Event Coordination

  • Coordinate events, meetings, conferences, competitions, and activities
  • Organize internal and external event participation
  • Assemble event fundamentals including budget, venue, refreshments, activities, logistics, collateral, signage, and premiums

Promotional Program Creation and Project Management

  • Identify and analyze needs, product or service characteristics, goals, and expected returns
  • Create, present, and encourage support for achieving goals
  • Understand target audiences and determine best promotional vehicles
  • Create program incentives that mobilize, motivate, recognize, and reward participants
  • Administer multifaceted program and project budgets
